BRANDING: Claim Toolkit

T. Mark Fay Consulting is a successful claims-adjusting consulting firm in Naperville, Illinois. In 2000, they launched a proprietary software suite called Claim Toolkit that would provide insurance claims adjusters fast and easy access to the most current and accurate information possible for claims processing. Soon after the product launch, the company approached Signalfire for a logo design and tagline development.

Claim Toolkit is marketed specifically to large insurance companies who need fast, reliable information. Signalfire developed a brand that conveyed speed, as well as a tagline that idealized the product’s mission: “Right Information. Right Decision. Right Now.”

With the logo and tagline firmly in place, Signalfire expanded the Claim Toolkit brand profile with trade show design, promotional items, an interactive website, software icon designs, and literature—all maintaining a strong and consistent brand message. Signalfire continues to support Claim Toolkit with their tradeshow and creative design needs.
